We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law office practices, with focus on Family Law, Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, Real Estate Law, and Estates. This role requires excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to conduct thorough legal research. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure effective case management.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Proven experience in a law office setting.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to conduct detailed legal research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
