This position will be paid on a flat rate basis.
Hours are Monday-Thursday: 10:00am-7:00pm and Friday: 10:00-6:00pm and weekends as needed.
As a detailer you will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles according to company standards and applicable safety measures
Responsibilities
· Washes the exterior and interior of a vehicle according to the customer’s wishes
· Shampoos & vacuums interior (seats, rugs, trunk, roof)
· Waxes and buffs vehicles using cloths and buffing machines
· Vacuums to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains.
· Applies dyes, paints and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles.
· Cleans and removes any grease on engines or engine compartments.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred
· Physical duties include: standing for extended hours, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
