What You’ll Do
- Sell high-quality pre-owned vehicles with professionalism and confidence
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle pricing and financing negotiations with integrity and skill
- Manage leads and follow-ups using our CRM
- Collaborate with team members and management to hit monthly sales targets
- Deliver a standout buying experience that drives referrals and repeat business
- Proactively promote inventory through social media engagement and posting
- Encourage all visitors to leave a Google Review to strengthen our online reputation

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of used car sales experience (SWFL experience a plus)
- Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus)
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Social media savvy with an active follower base
- High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule & Availability
- Full-time position
- Open 7 days a week – Friday and Saturday required, occasional Sundays
- Must be flexible with schedule during peak sales periods

- Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and MVR screening
