Automotive Parts Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring parts are organized and accessible.
- Process orders, returns, and stock replenishments accurately.
- Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing queries and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology is a plus.
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Experience in a Dealership setting
- Experience with Hollander software on salvage parts is a major plus.
