Reports to: Sales/General Sales Manager
Salary: 30% commission ($200 minimum) per unit
Compensation Structure:
- 30% commission (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold
- $500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month, retroactive to the first unit sold
- Other spiffs and bonuses as dictated by management

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Handle inbound leads, communicate via phone, email, and text, and bring customers into the dealership.
- Schedule & Confirm Appointments: Coordinate visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Follow Up & Promote Vehicles: Provide pricing, send photos, and share promotional offers to maintain customer interest.
- Negotiate & Close Sales: Assist customers in finding the right vehicle and work towards closing deals.
- Stay Informed: Learn about Volkswagen models, features, and technology to guide customers effectively.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
