Freeland Auto is looking for a self-motivated and career-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our talented team! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of various vehicles, explaining pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry to finalizing the sale.
- Follow up with leads, set appointments, and maintain a strong customer database.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong amount of emotional intellegence.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Ability to pass a background check, including a Motor Vehicle Report and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
