Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, and install tires on all types of vehicles
- Patch flat tires (we do not plug)
- Perform oil changes (drain oil, replace filter, refill with correct oil)
- Check and top off all fluids
- Inspect brakes, filters, wipers, lights, and belts
- Keep your bay clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Help the team keep cars moving through the shop
Qualifications
- Tire and oil change experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
- Able to lift heavy tires and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and able to work Saturdays
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and team-oriented mindset
