Position Overview
We are seeking a AV Technician/Warehouse Coordintors to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll take the lead on daily warehouse operations including equipment pulls, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse safety. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and has a solid understanding of audio-visual (AV) equipment and event logistics.
You’ll work under the guidance of management and in close collaboration with the operations, production, and events teams to ensure gear is pulled, prepped, and delivered on time for successful corporate and entertainment events.
What You'll DoWarehouse Operations
- Manage and maintain inventory using Flex Rental Solutions or similar software
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing gear for events
- Conduct equipment quality control before and after events
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and freight logistics
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with asset protection standards
- Complete reports on inventory, transfers, and shipments
- Drive company vehicles to and from venues as needed
- Assist in training team members and supporting inter-warehouse communication
Audio-Visual Equipment Handling
- Understand basic AV gear (lighting, sound, video) and safe handling techniques
- Help troubleshoot minor issues in the warehouse before gear goes out
- Accurately prep AV kits, cables, and workboxes based on show requirements
Who You Are Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory software, Microsoft Office, and general tech tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or similar AV inventory platforms
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of AV equipment used in corporate events
- Previous experience driving cargo vans or trucks

Working Conditions
- Variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional travel with overnight stays for events
