About the Role
This role needs persistent hustle, frequent store visits, and a commitment to growing brand awareness and sales volume. Your Aim:
- Place our top-tier brands in new stores.
- Maintain and grow existing account relationships.
- Drive sales and generate new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person visits to prospective and existing clients.
- Secure new accounts and expand sales within existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales activities.
- Manage your own territory with autonomy and accountability.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas while driving measurable outcomes.
- Manage distributor and wholesale relationships to ensure seamless product placement and availability.
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our products and services.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in a relevant industry (CBD, hemp, liquor, or CPG preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working in the field daily, with a strong ability to manage CRM and sales pipeline updates.
- Accountable, persistent, and outcome-driven with a hustle mentality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
