About the role
We are looking for part-time and full-time dishwashers to join our back of the house team members. A dishwasher assists in daily cleaning tasks and washing pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, and kitchenware. All candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience washing dishes at a high-volume establishment. Must be organized, clean, and superior attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the washing and sanitizing of all food service utensils and miscellaneous items such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc.
- Wash and dry dishes ensuring clean stock is available
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of workstations and the back of house area.
- Follow established operating procedure in handling and taking out garbage as well as maintenance of the garbage dumpster areas
- Operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies
- Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent backup of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
- Return/restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures are completed
- Comply with all safety and sanitation (including handwashing) guidelines and procedures
- Other responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to transport goods throughout the location and weighing up to 30 pounds
- Capability to withstand warm temperatures and stand/walk for an entire shift
- Flexibility to work varied hours, days, and some holidays
