A Crust by Mack Bakery Associate is bubbly, kind and prides themselves on being a "peoples, person." Customer service is a large part of this role, from greeting customers and taking their orders to making product recommendations and receiving incoming deliveries. A Crust Bakery Associate takes pride in their appearance, delivers friendly, prompt customer service, and learn our high standards for product freshness and sanitation is key to be successful in this role.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service.
- Ability to stand for an extended period and lift up to 5o lbs
- Available Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 5 pm

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides comforting customer service, including greeting customers and answering their questions.
- Sells products by providing customers with information needed to make product-related decisions.
- Finishes products (e.g. fills or ices donuts or pastries).
- Packages, labels, and prices products for self-service.
- Maintains and fills bakery trays, display cases, and ingredient bins.
- Operates the scale.
- Assists with receiving and restocks deliveries and supplies.
- Follows sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Assists in cleaning duties.
- Assists in other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
