Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Teller to join our team at United Teletech Financial. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service while handling various banking transactions. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to serving the community and enhancing the member experience.
Responsibilities
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform cash management tasks as required.
- Utilize financial software to manage transactions and maintain records.
- Promote credit union products and services to enhance member engagement.
- Consistently achieve or exceed performance goals related to referrals, cross sales, accuracy, and net promoter
- Execute all sales, servicing and banking transactions accurately; following all compliance and security procedures, and will balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of debits and credits with experience in financial services preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in basic math and cash management principles.
- Flexibility and to work at other branches as needed and work various hours as needed, including Saturdays and some evenings

Pay: $17.00 - $21.33 per hour
