Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks and serving food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events or special functions as needed.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service protocols.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and beverage trends.
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices and food production processes is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety or handling is a plus.
- A passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
