Job Overview
Ed's Tavern is a very busy local bar and we are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join staff for football season and beyond. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar runs smoothly. We are definitely looking for help all day saturday and throughout the week
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during busy shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- A background in hospitality or customer service will be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist with various tasks including food preparation and cleaning duties as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
