Company Overview: Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Barista. Did you know we are located in the in the heart of downtown and home of the Green Bay Packers? We are the largest, full-service hotel in the market with 241 all-suite guest rooms and 80,000 square feet of space.

Position Summary: The Barista will be responsible for serving all guests in the market. The right person should be a coffee connoisseur, have a good understanding of espresso equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive coffee bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on ones’ style and previous barista experiences.

Detailed Description:

  • Maintain a positive, high energy attitude with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as on their own.
  • Responsible for food and drink service at the hotel market.
  • Must have a strong and positive guest service orientation.
  • Gain menu knowledge and be able to give recommendations to the guests.
  • Engage in casual conversation and must maintain an attractive setting.
  • Style and service attributes are key to creating memorable guest experiences with personalized and friendly customer service.
  • Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction.
  • Must maintain a well-organized area, a sanitary environment and restocking station as needed.
  • Foster an atmosphere where guests’ need, and satisfaction take top priority, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, continuously walk throughout the restaurant, and lift 10-20lbs.
  • Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.
