We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a barista you will craft high quality espresso and beverage experience for every customer, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer relations, enjoys fast-paced environment, and thrives on delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve all drinks on the menu to company standards
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Cash handling, card transactions, and use of POS system
Restocking, rotating, and recording inventory (must be able to lift up to 25lbs)
Follow all health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling
Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
Travel to multiple locations according to pre-set schedule
Set up and tear down when necessary at each location you are working (must be able to stand for long periods of time)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.66 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
