River Daze Cafe is a casual breakfast and lunch establishment with a hard-working, fun-loving crew. We take pride in providing excellent service and product with many of our menu items and ingredients prepared in house. We are currently seeking motivated individuals with a passion for delivering quality service and product to join our team. Applicants must have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated while maintaining a team-work mentality.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions and cash handling
- Prepare and serve coffee and food items while adhering to food safety standards
- Prepare and deliver espresso and other bar drinks
- Assist with preparation of salads and other menu items as needed
- Deliver food to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the café
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with customers to enhance their experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
