Job Summary
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
Skills
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Strong sales skills to promote products effectively
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle basic math calculations for transactions
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with a diverse clientele
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.22 - $22.00 per hour
