Are you energetic, charismatic, and love being around people? Volta is a high-vibe iced beverage café built around movement, motivation, and feeling your best. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness.
No barista experience? No problem. Our drinks are super easy to make—no complicated machines or intense training required. If you’re upbeat, reliable, and love connecting with people, we’ll show you the rest.
About the Role: This is a part-time, in-person position with flexible hours. Option to be full time. You’ll be making simple, refreshing drinks, chatting with customers, and keeping the space looking great. We’re hiring for multiple team members who want to be part of something fresh and exciting from the ground up.
Bonus: If you’re good on camera, know how to make Instagram reels or TikToks, and get excited about content that could reach millions—let us know. There’s room for creative input and growth as the brand expands.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communicator with a natural, friendly vibe
- Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and an active lifestyle
- Morning availability required
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 25 lbs
Pay:
- $15.00 – $20.00/hr + tips
- 15 to 40 hours per week
- Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours, primarily mornings/daytime
