Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Blue Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in our fine dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Interact with guests to provide a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service.
- Manage the bar area, including inventory control and cleanliness.
- Process orders through the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
- Assist in creating new drink recipes and specials to enhance the menu.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
