Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Process cash transactions accurately using the cash register or Aloha POS system.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar or in banquet settings.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with food safety practices in both fine dining and nightclub environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in banquet service or event coordination is a plus.
