Tomlinson Cannon is hiring a full-time installer of Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Repair solutions. No training necessary - learn a trade from the pros! This is a year-round position with a potential temporary layoff in the winter. Employment is subject to a drug test and physical exam.
Basement Waterproofing Installer Responsibilities:
- Install various foundation repair solutions including wall anchors, I-Beams, egress windows, floor jacks and piers
- Install various waterproofing solutions including drain tile, sump pumps, moisture barriers, crack injections and external drainage
- Operate various heavy equipment like skid steers, excavators, and hydraulic pumps
- Operate various hand tools like drills, rotary hammers, jack hammers, cement mixers and concrete saws
- Mix and finish concrete
- Drive large trucks and trailers
- Clean job sites
- Other duties as assigned
Basement Waterproofing Installer Responsibilities:
- 1 year of construction experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor
- Motivated and self-disciplined
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong team player
Basement Waterproofing Installer Responsibilities:
- Job based pay with uncapped commission - the more efficient your crew the more you earn! Hourly base pay ranges from $20-$23 based on experience. Earn an extra $2-4/hour from bonus (estimated).
- Paid weekly
