We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and improving the lives of children with autism. What You’ll Do:
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data and family input
- Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support high-quality service delivery
- Conduct skill and behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessments)
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programs as needed
- Train and mentor RBTs and Program Supervisors to ensure treatment fidelity
- Conduct parent training sessions and provide regular updates on client progress
- Collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote generalization and long-term success
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance guidelines
What You Bring:
- Active BCBA license- in good standing with the Board
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Passion for helping children with autism and supporting family systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and move freely for extended periods throughout therapy sessions.
- Must have adequate visual and hearing acuity to observe and assess client behavior, track data, and monitor environmental factors.
- Able to use a computer/tablet, write legibly, and manipulate therapy tools or data collection devices.
- May be required to physically assist in implementing behavior intervention plans which involve redirection, prompting, or blocking unsafe behavior (in accordance with training and safety procedures).
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of home and community settings.
