The role of the Before/After School Program Coordinator is to develop and implement an engaging before/after school program that provides a positive, safe and fun environment for BFCCPS students. The Program Manager manages the Before/After School Program staff, participates in supervision and running of activities, tracks student registration and payment, and interacts regularly with staff, students and parents.**The position works a split schedule of 7:00am-9:30am and 1:00pm-6:30pm to allow the Coordinator to oversee both the morning and afternoon programs. We may be able to consider a schedule of 10am-6pm**BFCCPS opened in 1995 as one of the first Charter Schools in Massachusetts. As a K-8 school, our mission is to assist parents in their role as primary educators of their children by providing students with a classical academic education coupled with sound character development and community service.
