Blossom ABA Therapy P.L.L.C, powered by Finni Health, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients to implement treatment plans and behavior interventions designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of BCBAs
- Collect and record data on client progress, behavior, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers for continuity of care and progress monitoring
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical and professional standards
- Work 1:1 in-home and/or community with assigned clients
- Maintain reliable schedules with families
- Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are met
- Adhere to BACB guidelines for ethical conduct
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a clinical or home-based setting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with ASD or related developmental disabilities and behavioral issues
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and desire to work with children diagnosed with ASD
- High School Diploma
- Able to lift 20 pounds or more
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, run
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Evening availability and at least one weekend day
- Ability to use technology
- Ability work 15 hours a week minimum
- Have a personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications, but not required:
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques/previous ABA experience
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- BCBA candidate (accruing hours)
- RBT Certification
