Life Enhancement Services, an outpatient mental health agency is looking to hire Full and Part time Case Managers/Community Qualified Mental Health Professional/ Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist in Cleveland, OH.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effective communication and written skills are vital.
- Ability to write mental health notes that captures intervention provided and response from client.
- Knowledge of mental illness and support services.
- Self-Motivated and extremely organized.
- Utilizing evidence-based techniques.
- Ability to collaborate with other Case Managers and Therapist providing client support.
- Ability to work with diverse clients and adapt to setting.
- Skills to assist client in achieving increased level of independence in the community.
- Work with clients in the local community settings.
- Proficient in utilizing technology such as Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 3+years experience
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Satisfactory Background investigation
- Valid OH driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage
- Ability to successfully complete service-specific training courses
