We are hiring for a Bellman Captain to lead and inspire our guest arrival team at a luxury property known for world-class amenities and exceptional service. The Bellman Captain ensures smooth daily operations of the bell desk, valet, and door services while mentoring the team and delivering memorable first and last impressions for our guests.
Salary: $19.00/hr - Weekly Pay
Bellman Captain Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and coach the bell staff and valet attendants to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, provide property information, and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
- Coordinate guest transportation, delivery requests, and storage of personal items with care and efficiency.
- Oversee valet and curbside operations, maintaining safety and flow during peak hours.
- Train new team members on luxury service standards, safety, and guest engagement.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure all team members adhere to appearance and hospitality standards at all times.
Bellman Captain Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bell, valet, or guest services experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and transport luggage up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must be polished, professional, and well-versed in luxury service etiquette.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
