Job description
We are a growing voice and data communications company located in Maynardville, TN seeking a bench technician to service low voltage electronics in our office.
To be a successful part of the CSI team, you will need to show a strong work ethic, the ability to learn new skills and to provide outstanding service in the repair department. Phone support for our traveling technicians and customers is a large part of your daily responsibilities. You must be able to show great responsibility and attention to detail in all aspects of being a bench technician. A background in low voltage electronics is a plus.
Basic Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide tech support over the phone with customers and coworkers.
- Computer skills-answering/sending email correspondence, working with online ticketing services, and working with spreadsheets.
- Programming equipment per documentation
- Completing detailed and precise paperwork
- Shipping and receiving tasks.
- Servicing network equipment
- Cleaning and repairing audio/video equipment.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented.
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with power tools
- Clean background
- Maintain professional experience.
- Reliable and consistently on-time
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to pass a drug test.
