Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our BI products and solutions. The BI Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the product roadmap for BI tools and analytics platforms aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Drive the development and delivery of BI products, ensuring high quality and timely releases.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines and reports.
• Evangelize data-driven culture by promoting adoption of BI tools and insights across the organization.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on BI industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the product competitive.
• Act as the main point of contact for all BI product-related queries and escalations.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in BI, analytics, or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.


Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
