Responsibilities

- Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory and staffing.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for supplies and services.
- Implement effective phone etiquette standards to enhance customer service interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.
- Assist in selling initiatives by providing support to sales staff as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar office management role is preferred.
- Strong skills in budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficient in retail math concepts to analyze sales trends and performance metrics.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in vendor management.
- Bilingual proficiency is required; fluency in English plus another language is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
