New Behavioral Network, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with strong clinical skills and in-home experience to provide ABA therapy services for clients in their homes and provide supervision to RBTs.
Location: Various in-home settings
Hours: Afternoon and evening availability required (part-time or per diem opportunities)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Address aggressive behaviors, elopement, and other personal or environmental barriers
- Train caregivers on behavior strategies and generalization techniques
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain accurate data collection and session documentation
- Provide Supervision to RBTs.
Qualifications:
- Active BCaBA certification through the BACB Board
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy in home or community settings
- Strong skills in behavior management and crisis intervention
- Reliable transportation to clients’ homes
- Professional, compassionate, and solution-focused approach
Preferred:
- Experience working with children and adolescents with high behavioral needs
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
