Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral health challenges. You will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes through evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral issues and needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and strategies for working with individuals with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within educational settings or community resources, particularly in special education contexts.

Pay: $90,625.00 - $96,188.00 per year
