Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Back of House Staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas. Your responsibilities will include food service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Additional support for scullery.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Bus Tables
a. Remove dishes to scullery and place wine glasses in bin holder
b. Ensure no dishes or glasses are broken.
2- Polish & Set flatware
3- Restock bar with glassware and utensils as needed from scullery
4- Support Dish Washer when needed
5- Restock Retail and other product locations as directed by hospitality
6- Gelato- support Service and guests with gelato orders & restocking flavors
7- Keep Kitchen prep tables in front clean of product
8- Empty Garbage and recycling as needed
9- Check bathrooms at midday for restocking
10- Assist hospitality staff as needed
REQUIREMENTS
1. Food Handlers certificate
2. Ca Alcohol and Harassment documents
3. Dress: Black or white shirt /kaki or black pants professional attire
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
