Bookkeeper
Our office is experiencing a large amount of growth. We are looking to add a full time bookkeeper to our team. We are a fast paced office with a fun atmosphere. This position requires someone with energy, attention to detail, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills, as well as the drive to do what it takes to get the job done.
We would love to find someone with experience with bill.com, restaurant365, adjusting entries, and bank and credit card reconciliations.
This position is fully remote and requires applicant to have their own computer, two monitors, high speed internet, and home office setup.
Full Time Position with set hours, 830am-5pm Eastern, 40 hours/week

Requirements:
· Associates degree in Accounting/Finance with 3 or more years experience is preferred
-or- 5 or more years of past work experience in an accounting or finance position
· Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback
· Highly proficient with Quickbooks and Excel
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Transactions
- GL Account Analysis & Reconciliation
- Monthly Bank and credit card Reconciliations
- Wire transfers, multiple currency, multiple banks
- Intercompany transactions
- Advanced Excel Knowledge a plus
- Able to navigate Quickbooks Enterprise (Desktop)
- Employee Expense Reports / Reconcile Credit Card Charges
- Growth within the position to include Month End Transactions & Reporting
- Ability to organize and adjust priorities according to work needs and deadlines
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Other projects as assigned by Accounting Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
