We are a construction Companie. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budget analysis and account reconciliation.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within corporate or non-profit environments.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
