Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Boutique Manager to oversee daily operations of our clothing boutique. The ideal candidate is a fashion-forward leader with strong customer service skills and the ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team to provide a superior shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Open and close the boutique in accordance with company procedures
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals through excellent customer service and upselling techniques.
- Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
4. Visual Merchandising & Inventory
- Implement and maintain brand-consistent visual merchandising displays.
- Oversee inventory control including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with buyers or vendors.
5. Marketing & Community Engagement
- Collaborate on social media content, in-store promotions, and events.
- Build relationships with local customers and influencers to promote the brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Visual merchandising expertise.
- Experience with social media marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
