POSITION SUMMARY
The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service,
staffing, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This role is responsible for driving
revenue growth, operational excellence, and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds
profitability goals. The Branch Manager leads and develops teams to deliver superior
industrial sales and service solutions to customers within the assigned region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage branch personnel, including sales, service, operations, and

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field -Required
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in industrial sales and service or related
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and operational KPIs
- Knowledge of the Texas industrial market and customer base
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Base Salary: $120,000 annually, depending on experience and branch size
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to 20% of base salary tied to achievement of the branch
efficiency metrics.

Bonus. 4 KPI’s Achieved = 80% or $1,600. Etc…
