Job Summary:
Priority Home Services is a rapidly growing company that is searching for a Branch Manager to develop and lead our new Fort Collins market. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We serve the greater Denver metro, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and surrounding areas. We provide full service plumbing, HVAC and Electric for our residential and light commercial customers. A strong background in one or all of these disciplines is required.

The Branch Manager needs to have outstanding communication skills with a great desire to be part of a best-in-class leadership team that is responsible for managing, developing and executing the strategic vision for our Fort Collins market. This individual will help grow the market by training new service technicians, managing projects and business development models. This individual will maintain a sense of urgency, responsibility and resourcefulness with a safety first expectation to support and direct all Fort Collins services.
Compensation
The Branch Manager's compensation is based on credentials, licensure and previous experience.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of Service Technicians and growth of the branch.
- Supervise and train the Service Technicians.
- Reviews weekly Payroll time sheets for technicians. Reviews to ensure hours worked and commissions paid is accurate.
- Monitors Tech daily schedules to identify workload and if help is needed.
- Hold all service technicians accountable to keep work sites clean and clear of unnecessary material and/or debris and leave the property "better than we found it".
- Assist in timely resolution of customer issues or complex technical problems confronted by the technicians.
- Participates in scheduled weekly service meetings.
- Maintain existing company processes along with develop and implement others as necessary tied to efficiency, accuracy and profitability.
- Develop a division that buys into the culture of the company.
- Hands on approach to ensure crews are completing quality installations.
- Work with leadership to develop and carry out strategic vision for the market
- Adhere to P&L management and oversight that coincides with company expectations
- Oversight of the marketing and business development platform to ensure proper call count for the service technicians
Customer Service
- Ensure prompt and effective communication to Customers, Coworkers and Executive Staff.
- Resolve direct customer concerns/complaints and poor online reviews.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of communication with customers.
- Resolve invoice disputes with customers as needed and advises management/leadership on a timely basis if issues cannot be resolved.
- Monitor the quality of our service and repairs in the field.
Office Functions
- Administrative oversight of dispatch team
- Verify PPE is being used by all employees on each site visit. Report all instances of injuries, near-misses, property damage, and safety concerns to ownership.
- Oversee fleet and warehouse/inventory management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of management in home services role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive communicator who responds with urgency
- Exemplifies problem solving skills and innovative thinking
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers.
- Managment of P&L of 4M
- Flexibility and exceptional multi-tasking abilities
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Two (2) years supervisory or management experience
- Ability to define problems/weaknesses, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Master Plumber License, Master Mechanical License or Master Electrical License is preferred but not required.
Physical and Mental Demands
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 85 pounds
- Basic math capabilities
- Ability to learn internet-based software/apps
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, and Excel
Working Conditions
- Moderate/High noise within company office and offsite jobsites

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
