We are looking for a Branch Manager who is able to train, direct, and assist our front-line successfully by interacting with and effectively supervising the in-branch team to provide a wide variety of services to our members. As a Branch Manager, you will effectively maintain department records and ensure optimal performance of your team members by providing performance appraisals, coaching, and feedback. The Branch Manager is expected to maintain confidentiality of account information and stay up to date on Credit Union regulations, policies, and procedures. Like all positions, there are required reports and records that need to be completed accurately and promptly so attention to detail is a must!
This position requires registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO).
What are we looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· At least 5 years of related experience in financial services, with a minimum of 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
· Knowledge of Credit Union Branch functions, policies, and procedures
· Understanding related legal and regulatory requirements
· Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills
· Ability to work under pressure and communicate well
· Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain efficient workflow

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
