We’re seeking a trend-savvy, strategic, and creatively-driven Brand Content Strategist to own the full content lifecycle for our brand across digital platforms — with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video. You’ll be the force behind content that not only stops the scroll, but drives real connection, community, and conversion.
You’ll work at the intersection of social media, product marketing, and creative storytelling, shaping content that speaks to our customers across platforms, seasons, and trends. From ideation to execution, this role leads the charge in bringing our brand to life visually and narratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Trend Leadership: Track U.S. market shifts, viral social media trends, and seasonal moments to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Platform Expertise: Know what works (and why) across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Adapt content accordingly.
- Creative Direction: Develop compelling video/photo concepts optimized per platform and sales channel needs (organic, paid, email, site, etc.).
- Content Strategy: Plan and tailor content to each product, aligning with launches, campaigns, and evergreen moments.
- Hook Mastery: Craft or guide high-performing hooks that capture attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, photographers, designers, UGC creators, and models to bring ideas to life.
- Budget Ownership: Strategically allocate and manage content budgets across campaigns and channels.
- Production Oversight: Plan shoots, lead content creation timelines, and ensure brand voice and visuals are consistent and impactful.
- Analytics Feedback Loop: Partner with performance team to review content performance and iterate on what drives engagement and sales.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
