The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They are responsible for analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions that align with the company's goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborating with business heads to collect business requirements and ensure they are clearly defined and documented.
Process Analysis:
Analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
Solution Design:
Working with IT and other departments to develop technology solutions that address business challenges.
Data Analysis:
Utilizing data to make informed decisions and support business strategy.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Project Management Support:
Assisting with project timelines, deliverables, and ensuring the project stays aligned with business objectives.
Testing and Validation:
Ensuring the delivered solution meets the original business requirements by participating in testing and validating processes.
Special projects as assigned
Knowledge, SkillAbilities:
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- One to four years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficient with SQL
- CRM experience preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
- Bachelors degree preferred
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year
