We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Assistant to support our strategic initiatives and help grow our client base. This role involves working closely with the Business Development team to identify market opportunities, conduct research, manage communication with prospects, and contribute to proposal development.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities
Conduct industry and market research to support strategy development
Prepare and organize business proposals and presentations
Maintain CRM databases and track outreach activities
Support communication with prospective clients and partners
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
1+ year of experience in a business development, sales support, or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
