We are in our growing phase and are adding this role to our Woodstock office, requiring us to hire an experienced salesperson with an established network of referrals and the demonstrated capability to acquire new clients for private pay home care services.

Highlights of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources such as: hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, doctor clinics and urgent care centers, home health and hospice agencies, senior communities, senior centers, and other community organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet monthly sales goals and referral quotas and log activity in on-line CRM tool. Maintain a business development pipeline with balance across the different stages of lead development and closed sales.
- Travel locally within the local area to meet with professional referral sources
- Collaborate with Agency Leader to develop marketing strategies; monitor and report competitive activity
- Develop content, social media and interactive engagements to be used in marketing to caregivers, referral sources, client's and their families
- Attend senior-focused networking meetings and events
- Attend client assessment meetings to close business opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Must have a track record of acquiring new clients with a Home Care / Home Health or Hospice organization.
- Must have an existing network of referral sources for Private Pay Home Care, Home Health, or Hospice in the Atlanta market
- Passionate about winning new business, motivated to be paid according to results.
- Minimum of 2 year's home care / healthcare experience in sales or marketing
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up, planning, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated self starter
- Passionate about helping others and solving client needs
- Demonstrated team player
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
