We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Miami. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Captura Hall. You will work closely with our sales and executive teams to identify and qualify leads, build relationships, and close high-impact deals.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and target new business prospects across relevant industries.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs.
Track all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions when required.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and sales reports.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
