Overview
The Business Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, including compliance data entry for retailers, preparing marketing materials for distributors and customers, coordinating B2B shipments, and assisting with other administrative and operational tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and compliance tasks for retailers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute marketing materials (digital and print) for customers and distributors.
- Coordinate and route B2B shipments, ensuring that vendors receive timely updates and accurate documentation.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Assist in the organization of product information, pricing sheets, and promotional materials for sales and marketing teams.
- Support inventory and order tracking in collaboration with operations and logistics teams.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects as assigned to support overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business administration, operations, or a related field (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry, spreadsheets, and CRM/ERP systems (experience with Excel or Google Sheets required).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a collaborative team player.
- Experience in logistics, B2B coordination, or marketing support is a plus but not required.
- Interest in learning compliance processes and operational best practices.
