Job Title: Drafting Designer – Residential Interiors (Remote – LATAM)
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Drafting Designer to support a high-end residential interior design studio based in Boca Raton, Florida. The role is focused on producing precise 2D documentation and support in 3D modeling, helping the team meet tight deadlines on speculative residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare 2D drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD (required).
- Assist with 3D modeling using SketchUp.
- Support design development and construction document sets.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure accuracy and consistency in drawings.
- Create basic renderings as needed (flexible on software).
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Experience with 3D modeling (SketchUp).
- Ability to produce clean, accurate, and organized drawing sets.
- At least 3 years of experience drafting for residential design projects.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating in English.
- Availability to work partially or fully aligned with U.S. (Eastern) time zone.
Nice to Have:
- Rendering experience (any software).
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based design teams.
- Familiarity with interior construction details and finish schedules.

Pay: $23.77 - $28.63 per hour
