We are looking for experienced call center customer service associates who thrive when solving customer challenges with a smile while having a great day, every day!
Responsibilities
· Our customers are amazing!! We all know sometimes life can be challenging, so our rockstars always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern, acknowledge their reason for contacting us, determine the cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, expedite the correction or adjustment, and follow-up to ensure a great resolution.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries through CRM tickets, phone, or social channels.
· Provide accurate and complete information using resources and tools, including proper sentence structure, grammar, spelling, and use of macros.
· Document customer communication in Gorgias with notes in Shopify, as needed. Include all customer interactions, transactions, comments and concerns.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Employ time management skills to manage metrics, SLAs and queue schedules.
· Communicate and support the rockstar team and our other amazing departments.
Requirements
· 2 years previous e-commerce customer service CRM and call center experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of Gorgias and Shopify. Fulcrum and Okendo a plus
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

SCHEDULE
Must be available to work full-time 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday and be available for overtime during peak season, including the occasional evening or weekend. While this role is remote, we are only accepting applicants in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Standard Stuff
Must be able to sit for extended periods time, including the entire work-shift, while using a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and laptop.
