About AJX Capital:

Role Overview:
We are seeking licensed professionals to join us as Capital Raising Partners for our real estate investment fund. In this role, you'll work directly with accredited investors to present 506(c) offerings and guide them through the investment process.
This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for professionals with an established investor network. While partners are expected to source their own prospects, warm leads may be made available to top performers at the discretion of the AJX team.
Responsibilities:
Source and engage accredited investors for private real estate offerings
Present fund materials and disclosures in a compliant manner
Support investor onboarding through Avestor
Maintain CRM activity records (via GoHighLevel)
Work with investor relations and compliance support teams
Qualifications:
Active FINRA securities license (Series 7, 63, 65, or 82)
Experience in private placements, capital raising, or real estate syndications
Existing network of high-net-worth or accredited investors
Familiarity with Reg D 506(c) and SEC-compliant fundraising practices
Affiliation with a registered broker-dealer (if required for commission eligibility)
Compensation:
Commission-based (structured in full compliance with SEC and FINRA guidelines)
Uncapped earning potential
