We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate information is available for customers.
- Provide support in marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings effectively.
- Deliver presentations and engage in public speaking activities during promotional events or customer meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly within the automotive industry or high-end retail sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in CRM software for effective sales management and customer relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Experience in inventory management and control, ensuring accurate vehicle availability for customers.
- Solid understanding of retail math principles to assist in pricing strategies and financial discussions with customers.
