We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers and utilizing various cleaning techniques to deliver a spotless finish.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout the car wash process.
- Perform thorough exterior washes, including hand washing, buffing, and waxing vehicles.
- Clean and vacuum the interior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free of debris.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring precision and quality in execution.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties to keep the workspace tidy.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility as required during the washing process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with car wash procedures and equipment is a plus, including buffing techniques and custodial practices.
- A valid driver's license is required to operate customer vehicles safely.
- Attention to detail is essential for ensuring high-quality results in vehicle cleaning.
